Agents was asking to confirm a lot of personal information (SSI #, DOB, etc) and refused to tell me what was is the purpose. Keep asking the same personal questions and became outright rude to me and told me he'll be calling back even when I verbally told not to call my mother's home where I don't reside at. My mother is 70 years old with heart condition, call these calls is giving her emotional distress when she cannot in return tell them not to call. I was just happen to be at my mom's house to drop of some paper work for her sign when they call. I did not know where they got the numbers because I'm not allow to give away her numbers due the fact that she is very limited in English. What can I do?
