Agents was asking to confirm a lot of personal information (SSI #, DOB, etc) and refused to tell me what was is the purpose. Keep asking the same personal questions and became outright rude to me and told me he'll be calling back even when I verbally told not to call my mother's home where I don't reside at. My mother is 70 years old with heart condition, call these calls is giving her emotional distress when she cannot in return tell them not to call.
