They claim to be a "forclosure relief" specialist but they are a wolf in sheeps clothing. They also claim to have a $100% money back guarantee no questions asked, but that too is false. They will scam you out of your money in a very convincing way, making you beleive that it is a "good faith" payment to your mortgage company and before they can proceed further for your loan modification they have to recieve your payment first. It is all a big scam. After they took my money they had my file sit on someone's desk for 4 months until it came only weeks away from my auction date on my home. Desperate I called my mortgage company to find out what was taking so long and to find out the mortgage company was waiting for a reply back from Oceanview Equity. Then when I called Oceanview back and asked for a refund of services not rendered they refused to refund my money said they had a solution worked out with my mortgage company, which was false. So even though they claim to have a money back guarantee, it is completely false! Beware of the wolves!!
