They claim to be a "forclosure relief" specialist but they are a wolf in sheeps clothing. They also claim to have a $100% money back guarantee no questions asked, but that too is false. They will scam you out of your money in a very convincing way, making you beleive that it is a "good faith" payment to your mortgage company and before they can proceed further for your loan modification they have to recieve your payment first.
