About 4 weeks ago I talked to citi financial auto about get a extension on a loan, they told me to check back in a few days to see if it was aproved. I did and they told me it was aproved. on 12/01/08 the payment was due with a grace period of no later then the 15 of each month on 12/05/08 my vehicle was pick up I call citi financial collections and ask them why was my vehicle repo and they told me that they attemped to withdrawn the payment from my checking account on 11/31/08 when I told them to take it out on the !st of the month. I check my bank statment and also with my bank and there wasn't atemp to withdrawn money from my account on the day they statement. I also didn't get a letter statement that they was going to repo the vehicle. this is really bad business on the company part and I think someone from congress should look into this matter.
