About 4 weeks ago I talked to citi financial auto about get a extension on a loan, they told me to check back in a few days to see if it was aproved. I did and they told me it was aproved. on 12/01/08 the payment was due with a grace period of no later then the 15 of each month on 12/05/08 my vehicle was pick up I call citi financial collections and ask them why was my vehicle repo and they told me that they attemped to withdrawn the payment from my checking account on 11/31/08 when I told them to take it out on the !st of the month.
