I completed a brief employment stint with Forward Motion Marketing and I can honestly say I'm ashamed I didn't see the PYRAMID SCHEME in the first round interview. The "president" Heather Weatherly is the most repulsive, immature, racist manager of any organization I've ever been involved with. They say it's draw vs commission, but truly it is draw vs draw. They don't pay you out on what you deserve and it's impossible to track. The training is a joke. I went out into the field with a "top" sales rep and a week went by without this individual getting a sale. They promise top dollar with opportunity to advance and came far from living up to it. Also expect to be sexually harassed by her on a daily basis (guys don't get excited she's not worthy of the air she breathes) I just hope other candidates will see this before accepting a position with this atrocious company.
