I completed a brief employment stint with Forward Motion Marketing and I can honestly say I'm ashamed I didn't see the PYRAMID SCHEME in the first round interview. The "president" Heather Weatherly is the most repulsive, immature, racist manager of any organization I've ever been involved with. They say it's draw vs commission, but truly it is draw vs draw.
