If anybody could solve the problem, I would really appriciate the help.
My lease # is 001-0658736-000.
I requested cancellation on 7/28/09 on the phone. They said I have to send the terminal and cancellation form and there is no contract term any more. So I did. I sent the terminal (hypercom t7) and cancellation form to Equipment processing center in newyork on 7/28/09 via UPS. Even, after that I confirm it.
I have a UPS receipt and a copy of cancellation form that I sent. The tracking # is 1z86yv680392217524.
But you are still charging me. When I realized it, I was so disappointed and angry with CIT financial. I don't know why they are still charging. I know I'm not good at English,
but I think I got my point across to them clearly.
To solve this problem, I have tried to contact you more than 100 times, but I couldn't. Always automatic voice mail system. I don't want to waste my money and time.
Please check it, stop charging me, cancel my account and reimburse it.
