If anybody could solve the problem, I would really appriciate the help. My lease # is 001-0658736-000. I requested cancellation on 7/28/09 on the phone. They said I have to send the terminal and cancellation form and there is no contract term any more. So I did. I sent the terminal (hypercom t7) and cancellation form to Equipment processing center in newyork on 7/28/09 via UPS. Even, after that I confirm it.
