I am writing for my father who is a retired senior citizen. He recently applied to refinance his loan with his bank that currently holds his mortgage. He received a call from a representative from Foundation Financial Group, who did not disclose where they were calling from until my father got suspicious and asked. They made him believe that they were calling from his bank. They asked him to confirm his social security number and asked him where he did his banking and what kind of accounts he had. When I found out about this I immediately called the number that the woman gave him. When I called, I got a voicemail and I hung up. A few minutes later a woman called me back. I asked her how she got my fathers phone number and why was she asking for personal information. She said that the bank my father was refinancing with ran his credit report and it was red flagged and that they would not approve the loan and that the credit reporting agency sent them his information to help him, not hurt him. I knew this was a lie because my father has great credit. They have been calling him, stalking him, even at 10:00 p.m.! I told my father to stay away from them and to only deal with his bank. I have read alot of complaints about this company online and believe they are nothing but a bunch of scam artists. Someone should stop them.
