I am writing for my father who is a retired senior citizen. He recently applied to refinance his loan with his bank that currently holds his mortgage. He received a call from a representative from Foundation Financial Group, who did not disclose where they were calling from until my father got suspicious and asked. They made him believe that they were calling from his bank. They asked him to confirm his social security number and asked him where he did his banking and what kind of accounts he had.
