I placed an order on the 23r November 2010, I have sent lots of emails, finaly a week ago I was told that I was getting a refund, then a few days later an email arrived saying it will be 2 weeks, I said this is not acceptable, then a furthur email asking to wait 3 weeks, and today I have an email asking for me to wait till 18th April.. I have said time and time again I want a refund. the perfume was for gifts for chrismas, and the product is nt a fresh new product anymore as its been in transit for 5 months!!! Terrible customer service, can anyone tell me the legal proceedings to get my money back
