I bought this computer and for two days I have been trying to get drivers installed on my laptop from Dell..I have spent over 7 hours...They have these foreign Indian people who don't understand me or I don't understand them then they hang up on you after '16 " times. in one day. They constantly ask you the same thing ..your name your repair number then your name then your address back to your repair number then say hold on then they are gone. I cannot reach corporate and I am sick to death of Dell. This is day two and already I have been on the phone two hours ...spoke to four people and the fifth is trying to find someone #6 to help me.

Shit on this.., damn Dell your company stinks
