I bought this computer and for two days I have been trying to get drivers installed on my laptop from Dell..I have spent over 7 hours...They have these foreign Indian people who don't understand me or I don't understand them then they hang up on you after '16 " times. in one day. They constantly ask you the same thing ..your name your repair number then your name then your address back to your repair number then say hold on then they are gone.
