I made a confirmed reservation through the internet with HRS at the Fraser Suites Seef on the 8th of march. When I arrived this afternoon i have been told by hotel manager that my booking was never sent to the hotel by the reservation company. I called them and they assured me that my booking was emailed to the hotel minutes after I made it. I waited for approximately 2 hours with any result. HRS continued to assure the confirmation of the booking and the hotel continued denying it. I had to derive around Manamah to find another hotel.
