I sent in my redemption certificate and the w-9 and now all I'm getting when I check my free gift offer status is a "this offer has now expired" message. When I email them as I have repeatedly to basically beg them for an answer my emails go completely unanswered. There is no phone listing for the company. Well--I was warned by family and friends alike. I should have never have thought I could actually get the Sony Vaio laptop.
