I completed the offer for the "Free Sony Vaio laptop" very very carefully. completed all necessary offers and communicated with the company very faithfully. I sent in my redemption certificate and the w-9 and now all I'm getting when I check my free gift offer status is a "this offer has now expired" message. When I email them as I have repeatedly to basically beg them for an answer my emails go completely unanswered. There is no phone listing for the company.
