IT WOULD BE A MISTAKE TO ORDER ON LINE FROM THIS COMPANY. On 8-25-09 I ordered a over the range microwave thru their on line internet site. When the order finally arrived, 9-3-09 the microwave was double boxed and there was no damage to the shipping carton. To my surprise and amazement the microwave in the inner carton was not in the original factory carton or packing, just some random box. Worst of all, the steel handle had a dent in it. It couldn't have been damaged in shipping so it has to have been shipped to me damaged and not in the factory pack which is supposed to be their policy. After several calls Rainbow had the carton picked up and returned back to them and they credited my master card. I can't believe they would try to pull such a thing; this is business at its worst.
