IT WOULD BE A MISTAKE TO ORDER ON LINE FROM THIS COMPANY. On 8-25-09 I ordered a over the range microwave thru their on line internet site. When the order finally arrived, 9-3-09 the microwave was double boxed and there was no damage to the shipping carton. To my surprise and amazement the microwave in the inner carton was not in the original factory carton or packing, just some random box. Worst of all, the steel handle had a dent in it.
