I did not receive until after the 14 day trail. Ordered free sample 10/17/08 it was never mailed till 10/29/08...then found $89.31 was taken out of my account. every time I tried calling to return and cancel all I got was a recording. On line they get your information with no way to cancel, I deleated my order at this time and they still processed.
