Absolutely our worst experience with furniture. Purchased a sectional and ottoman for $6800. 2 years and nothing but problems. Have had service folks out here 3 times, still very little done to correct the problem of horribly uncomfortable cushions that do not hold shape. The last visit the serviceman tried to change out a newer cushion and leave us the old one...Last conversation was with Doris in Service, promised to call back in an hour. Never heard anything more from them. Once they have your money, they are done with you! Do not buy from these guys. They up sell based on their "Designers" recommendations, yet the product you finally get is the same quality stuff you get at loser cost furniture stores...
