Absolutely our worst experience with furniture. Purchased a sectional and ottoman for $6800. 2 years and nothing but problems. Have had service folks out here 3 times, still very little done to correct the problem of horribly uncomfortable cushions that do not hold shape. The last visit the serviceman tried to change out a newer cushion and leave us the old one...Last conversation was with Doris in Service, promised to call back in an hour.
