I signed up for this product as a sample back in December 2008 and paid for shipping charges only. I continued to receive the product without asking for further shipments, and each bottle of Acai Berry Detox is costing me $87.13.

I called this company in Febrary 2009 to cancel my order, and received two more bottles since. I called again this evening, and was assured my order was cancelled (they told me that in February). I spoke with a woman named "Jennifer", and I suspect the call was either in India or in the Phillipines. I don't think it was a toll-free number either - 866-949--0138.

I am very concerned, and if my charges are not cancelled, I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered a 15-trial free supply of ACAI berry detox for free with a charge of $3.95 for shipping. I received two bottles of 60-day supply each with a charge of $87.13 each taken from my checking account. I never ordered or signed for this product to be mailed out to me or for my account to be charged. I have called their toll-free number at least 3 times (1/26/09 and 1/30/09 and today 2/3/09) I was told that my "membership" was cancelled and I would recieve my refund from the refund dept. of FWM Laboratories and an email confirming such. I have not received an email at all and still no refund in my account.

I feel that this company needs to be shut down or closely monitored to assure that this does not keep happening to others.
