I ordered a free trial and provided cc info for shipping. Then I was charged the full amount. I figured that the initial charge was alright since I hadn't closed my account within 2 weeks, but then they charged me for an additional month's supply and I never received any product. I called to inquire about the charge and ensure that my account was closed and they just gave me a cancellation # promising that the product was shipped, that I can't send it back and that I'm out an additional $87.13.
