I ordered the Free Trial of the Acai Berry Detox from their online site. I understood the terms and conditions of the trial and I received said bottle only a couple days before the trial ended. I decided I would keep the trial bottle, pay for that one bottle and then cancel the rest of my account. I called and canceled it. Today, May 11th, I look at my account and have been charged in the same account with the same company. I called thinking that they would immediatly see the mistake. I kept the cancellation number that the former customer care representative gave. When I spoke to the second customer care and gave my cancelation number she told me that their cancelation numbers are only 6 digits long and mine didn't fit a number they would give. She said that I must have kept the number from a different acai berry account. This isn't possible as I only went through one site. I canceled my account AGAIN and now have to wait until I get my next bottle that I didn't want and then call them AGAIN to get this cleared up. On my bank account they gave one number to call and the customer care representative gave me two numbers I could call. One of the numbers is the number that I originally called to cancel my acai berry account. This is unbelievable. Never will I order something like this online again.
