I have also had the same problems with this company FWM lab. I have been fighting with this company for 3 weeks. I have told them numerous times that I wanted my money back. The time I brought up the Better Business Bureau I got my shipping back 3.95 and finally today after letting them know that I was going to file a class action suit ( for fraud and false advertising and never receiving product for money paid) and calling the Miami police department on them I got my full refund of 87.13. I cancelled my card, and filed a dispute with mastercard and also with Paypal (paypal does their reciept). I urge you not to give up on getting your money back. Threaten them with all the things I have. I have gotten names of each customer service rep I talked to, I got all their phony phone #'s, I got all their fake addresses. Keep fighting to get your money back. Let everyone you know that this company is company is no good. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. Stay strong and fight hard for what is yours!!!1
