I have also had the same problems with this company FWM lab. I have been fighting with this company for 3 weeks. I have told them numerous times that I wanted my money back. The time I brought up the Better Business Bureau I got my shipping back 3.95 and finally today after letting them know that I was going to file a class action suit ( for fraud and false advertising and never receiving product for money paid) and calling the Miami police department on them I got my full refund of 87.13.
