I, too, ordered the $5.95 trial. I never received and was billed $79.90 three weeks later--again with no product. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I then called the company and could not get a customer service person on the phone. I left a message canceling the order. I then tried to send an email, but my server said it was not a valid email address. I went on their website and filled out the form to cancel. Remember, I've still not received any product. I came back from the holidays to find that they shipped an order to me, which I refused to take possession of. They charge my credit card again for $85.90. Again, I disputed chrages, filed a complaint with BBB and Texas Attorney General's office and canceled my credit card to stop further charges. I've shopped on the internet for years and this is the first rip-off company I've dealt with, so I'm somewhat lucky. I hope someone shuts these guys down soon. Please don't get caught in this scam.
