I, too, ordered the $5.95 trial. I never received and was billed $79.90 three weeks later--again with no product. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I then called the company and could not get a customer service person on the phone. I left a message canceling the order. I then tried to send an email, but my server said it was not a valid email address. I went on their website and filled out the form to cancel. Remember, I've still not received any product.
