I have been trying to contact FX supplements / Colotox /Acaiberry Maxx for a couple of months and have a very hard time reaching anyone. They are only open during my work hours, so for a week I came home to call on my lunch and still could not reach them. I finally found a place on one of the sites to send an email and asked for an RMA # to send what I received from them back. I received an email back telling me they canceled my order but no RMA # was received to return the product. The order did not get canceled and my credit card is still being billed and I am still recieving orders I do not want. I finally got an RMA # over the phone for the Colotox and sent the product back, but have not recieved a credit. It took me a couple of months, but I finally contacted Acaiberry maxx on the phone also and they said they would send me an email and RMA # to return 4 bottles. I recieved the email and it only mentioned 2 bottles on it. I am so upset - this company is a fraud and takeing advantage of people by making it impossible to deal with them. They owe me over $300 at this point and who knows how much further this will go.
