I have been trying to contact FX supplements / Colotox /Acaiberry Maxx for a couple of months and have a very hard time reaching anyone. They are only open during my work hours, so for a week I came home to call on my lunch and still could not reach them. I finally found a place on one of the sites to send an email and asked for an RMA # to send what I received from them back.
