I ordered the "Trial" offer of Acai Berry Maxx. I actually even paid the "Express Delivery" charge of $10.95. The order was placed on 11/5/08. My credit card was charged on 11/6/08. After not receiving the product, I tried the 800-993-4216 number that was printed on my receipt. A recording saying, "This number is experiencing difficulty at this time, please try your call again at another time". I contacted my credit card company to dispute the original charge, and deny any further charges. I did after 1 month, receive the original trial bottle, decided to honor the $10.95. Yet when I tried to call and cancel the continuing bottles, the number now "doesn't exist". I then sent an email to FXSupplements canceling any further shipments/charges within my "14 day" trial "AFTER" receiving the product. I wish I would have investigated this more before purchasing. I hope this helps others.
