I ordered the "Trial" offer of Acai Berry Maxx. I actually even paid the "Express Delivery" charge of $10.95. The order was placed on 11/5/08. My credit card was charged on 11/6/08. After not receiving the product, I tried the 800-993-4216 number that was printed on my receipt. A recording saying, "This number is experiencing difficulty at this time, please try your call again at another time".
