Have still not received the items despite the money being taken from my account

I ordered 2 usb memory sticks for my nephews Christmas on the 28th November 2010 and as of today have still not received the items despite the money being taken from my account. I have sent them 4 emails none of which have received a response from the company. I have tried emailing them from their website and also by replying to their confirmation email of my order but none of which is getting any response. I found a telephone number on BT.com but it is just ringing out.

Keep your credit card details from them just in case

Having not received my goods ordered on 15th dec I tried to find a contact no for the company but none found so I emailed them asking where my goods were and if they were not going to be delivered to issue me with a refund. I have never had a reply and after reading the complaints on this site and others I have put it in the hands of my credit card company who have cancelled my card as a precaution.

Beware of this site, who are part of gadget distribution, and keep your credit card details from them just in case.
