I ordered 2 usb memory sticks for my nephews Christmas on the 28th November 2010 and as of today have still not received the items despite the money being taken from my account. I have sent them 4 emails none of which have received a response from the company. I have tried emailing them from their website and also by replying to their confirmation email of my order but none of which is getting any response. I found a telephone number on BT.com but it is just ringing out. read full review »
