Watched the infomercial & ordered the BOGO product by phone - told rep. was not interested in extra's. Arrived at my home, 1 product had none of the utensils or extra pans that other product came with (not even the spatula). Using 1 of the grills - top popping off, paint chipping off, inside teflon coating coming off (using cooking spray as directed), grill extremely hot to the touch, this started during 1st 2 times grill used. Charges started to appear on credit card, called customer svc. & was told that extra's where an automatic enrollment, even after telling original sales rep repeatedly no not interested & she did not say these were auto. Customer Svc. rep said I could not return product & they would send me a new one free even though I do not want one & will not use it! The only refund I will be receiving per rep is 14.95 for recipes & nothing for defective product that cant/wont be used.
