Watched the infomercial & ordered the BOGO product by phone - told rep. was not interested in extra's. Arrived at my home, 1 product had none of the utensils or extra pans that other product came with (not even the spatula). Using 1 of the grills - top popping off, paint chipping off, inside teflon coating coming off (using cooking spray as directed), grill extremely hot to the touch, this started during 1st 2 times grill used.
