I bought a game, Civilization IV, through Gametap.The way it suppose to work is, that you pay for it, download and play. It would download, which took hours on a cable connection, then not play. I contacted the costumer service, via email, for days. They'd keep giving me new excuses for it not working and solutions that ended nowhere. In the end, they stopped answering my emails for months. I recieved an email three months after they stopped answering, giving me THE SAME SOLUTIONS THEY GAVE BEFORE.
