Apple IPod

I updated my Apple from iTunes, it then stopped working. So I called service, it is broken down to 3 different people: 1st, FAQ guy: He began reading me all the stuff on the Apple.com FAQ site. I explained I did all the different FAQ issues, and needed further help. He passes the buck to the next one. 2nd Customer girl: She told me that I DECLINED to self-fix my iPod, which I didn't I explained that I already did those self fix issues and it did not work. Gametap

I bought a game, Civilization IV, through Gametap.The way it suppose to work is, that you pay for it, download and play. It would download, which took hours on a cable connection, then not play. I contacted the costumer service, via email, for days. They'd keep giving me new excuses for it not working and solutions that ended nowhere. In the end, they stopped answering my emails for months. I recieved an email three months after they stopped answering, giving me THE SAME SOLUTIONS THEY GAVE BEFORE. read full review »

Hello, I was a former worker for Sears. I worked for Sears from September 2006 to January 2009. I was a salesmen in the hardware department for all those years and I have numerous stories of this single store. Racism: Sears, after my second year, hired a new ASM (Assissant Store Manager) for Softlines (clothing section); she was African-American. She needed someone to pick up all the baskets outside.
