This utility company does not provide a proper service. Their charges are astronomical and their monolopy must be wiped out.

I am attempting to do phone enquiry on my account - on each occassion I called to speak to the operator (I called at least 4 times in the span of a couple of hours), I am informed by their automated service that I am going to be connected to a representative but their system hangs up on me.

We pay such rediculous prices for our energy and they say they want to provide the highest level of customer service, but in reality their service is pathetic. It sucks that we have to put up this kind of nonsense in this country.
