This utility company does not provide a proper service. Their charges are astronomical and their monolopy must be wiped out. I am attempting to do phone enquiry on my account - on each occassion I called to speak to the operator (I called at least 4 times in the span of a couple of hours), I am informed by their automated service that I am going to be connected to a representative but their system hangs up on me.
