I have been trying to get a five year old very high end appliance (Miele washing machine) fixed since November 2008 under a GE-Zurich contract purchased through Home Depot. I will not bore you with a long and detailed rant about the incompetence and rudeness of the customer service reps or the incompetence and lack of reliability of the repair company they contracted. Enough to say that I have washing machine that still does not work after three months of calls and hours and hours of waiting for repairman to show up and watching them struggle to make a repair. I amn typing this as I wait once more for the repairman who is already late and may or may not show up.

Do not waste your money and time with these people.
