I have been trying to get a five year old very high end appliance (Miele washing machine) fixed since November 2008 under a GE-Zurich contract purchased through Home Depot. I will not bore you with a long and detailed rant about the incompetence and rudeness of the customer service reps or the incompetence and lack of reliability of the repair company they contracted.
