My father who lives in assistant living had to have $1200.00 in dental work. The dental office told me that GEMONEY had 0% rate for 12months. This is where it all started GEMONEY applies interest plus late fees of 39.99. I pay my fathers bill online but it takes days to process therefore they claim I am late. No one will speak to me because its not my account. I fax the POA, but customer service claims that they do not recieve it. I mail the documents they claim they do not recieve them. The last time I called I asked to speak to a manager they hung up the phone. What can I do?
