We purchased a new home 2 months ago. Now that the weather has changed and it is now cooler/colder, I am having a serious problem with condensation. Water is so extreme until it sometimes looks like a water leak. The warranty manager of the company that built the home says that it will get better over time. My question is how long will this be. After all the seal damage that could be done is done and I have to pay to have the windows replaced. I have read other complaints on the web that are just like mines. I have lived in more than one home to know that this is nowhere near normal and the future of my new home does not look good. This is a hard pill to swallow at a purchase price of over $250K. HELP!!
