Built new house, moved into in November, 2004. General Aluminum windows described above for 3 winters have had extreme sweating and ice to the extent of sill damage. Factory representative, Larry Tubbs visit last month (Feb., 2007) to observe and discuss issue. Will not stand behind the window to repair or replace. read full review »
