George Alarm is a company with incredibly poor customer service. They held me to a service contract for a service that was not being properly provided. When I tried to contest the termination fee imposed on me for canceling my contract as I was not receiving the service, they held me to a $250 termination fee. Several attempts were made by both phone and letter to get in touch with someone who could address my issues. I never gotten in touch with the higher-ups in the company, who were supposedly the only ones who could discuss my situation. They sent me to collection and have refused to talk with me or my husband since then. Never sign on with George Alarm. You will regret it!
