George Alarm is a company with incredibly poor customer service. They held me to a service contract for a service that was not being properly provided. When I tried to contest the termination fee imposed on me for canceling my contract as I was not receiving the service, they held me to a $250 termination fee. Several attempts were made by both phone and letter to get in touch with someone who could address my issues.
