I recently ordered lens for Nikon camera from geitdigital, but I had never received it!!! The only information is the tracking information showing the package was delivered and left at my front door by fedex. The did send email asking the status of delivery and if I have any feedback, but after I told them the issue, what they said is they won't take any responsibility and I have to search for the package by myself. And they also told me ebay just changed policy and they don't need to ask for buyer's signature for the item less than $750. I raised case to paypal but got declined and I even have no chance to leave feedback to them. So I have to accept the result of losing $579 and order the same lens from another store named as red tag. This store is using ups instead of fexdex for delivery. According the policy of ups, they will leave notice tag on the door and try sending package again if there is nobody at home. Hope I can receive my lens this time. And anyway, I'll never buy anything from getitdigital and will be very careful when buying something from ebay.
